If you choose to proceed with the repair, up to 50% of the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the final labor total, depending on the type of repair, labor time involved, and the condition of the equipment.
Diagnostic credit is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
If repairs are declined, the diagnostic fee remains due for the time spent performing the evaluation
Commercial Equipment Upcharge
Commercial units may require additional labor, fluids, and service time.
Upcharges are assessed based on machine size, configuration, and service requirements.
Cleaning Fee Policy
Equipment requiring excessive cleaning prior to service may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Fees range from $20–$40, depending on the severity of buildup and the type/size of the unit.

This includes consumable items such as cleaners, solvents, lubricants, shop towels, sealants, small hardware, and the environmentally responsible disposal of used oil and fluids..
