JDL Repair & Rental offers commercial-grade zero-turn and riding mower rentals for homeowners, property owners, and contractors who need dependable equipment without the long-term commitment. All of our mowers are professionally maintained, serviced, and inspected to ensure consistent performance and safe operation.

Our rental fleet is suited for large properties, seasonal overgrowth, and short-term projects where reliability matters. Riding mowers are available with a bagger option, making it ideal for properties where clean collection and a finished appearance are important.

In addition to mowers, JDL Repair & Rental offers a selection of commercial-grade equipment for trimming, clearing, and detail work. These rentals are ideal for finishing jobs, tight areas, and projects where larger equipment isn’t practical.

Our available equipment includes walk-behind line trimmers, 30-inch commercial push mowers, commercial hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and handheld line trimmers. Each unit is professionally maintained, serviced, and inspected to ensure reliable performance and safe operation.

RENTAL POLICIES AND SOP’S

Reservations & Scheduling

All equipment rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is confirmed prior to pickup or delivery, and reservations are not guaranteed until scheduling details are finalized. Same-day rentals may be available depending on equipment readiness and workload.

Customer Requirements

All renters must be 18 years or older and provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of rental, as well as a card on file. Payment is required before equipment leaves our possession, and certain equipment may require a refundable deposit.

Equipment Preparation

All rental equipment is inspected, serviced, and tested prior to release to ensure safe and reliable operation. Equipment is provided fully fueled or properly prepared for use at the start of the rental period.

Renters are expected to return equipment with the same fuel level as received. Equipment returned empty or significantly low on fuel will be subject to a fueling fee.

Equipment Use Guidelines

Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and operated in a safe and responsible manner. Equipment may not be sub-rented, loaned, or operated by unauthorized users.

Renters are responsible for proper use and basic care during the rental period. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation may result in additional charges.

Damage & Repairs

Normal wear is expected with rental equipment. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including but not limited to broken or bent blades, belts, tires, structural damage, or impact-related damage.

Any repairs required due to misuse, negligence, or improper operation will be charged accordingly. If equipment becomes damaged or is not operating correctly during the rental period, renters must stop use immediately and notify us as soon as possible.

Breakdowns & Malfunctions

If rental equipment experiences a mechanical issue during normal use, renters must stop operation immediately and notify us as soon as possible. Do not attempt repairs or adjustments without authorization.

Mechanical failures not caused by misuse will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Replacement equipment or rental adjustments may be offered when appropriate
